RENTAL RATES AND BOOKINGS

Standard Rates in euro per night including local taxes

• Please note that we give priority to weekly or longer bookings.

• We include 6 nights in the weekly booking rate.

• Ask us for longer stays then one month.

• We cannot accept bookings less then 3 nights.

• Breakfast * is available on request at 10 euro per person.

• Rate includes use of wifi, water utilities and heating in winter

• Electricity is not included in the rate and is billed separately.

* Breakfast is served in the main dining room, with tables outside for the summer months,

includes home made muesli,fresh baked pastries and bread, seasonal fruit and eggs served to order,

always with fresh squeezed orange juice and Italian coffee or English tea.

COOKING CLASSES

• Every Wednesday and Saturday, either at 1100 (11 a.m.) or 1600 (4 p.m.)

• Price 75 euro per person including dinner and house wine.

• Minimum 2 people maximum 6.

BOOKING:

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

• We require a deposit of 20% of the quoted tariff to confirm a booking.

• For cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival we will refund the deposit or credit it towards a future stay.

• For cancellation less then 30 days prior to arrival, we charge 20% of the quoted tariff to your credit card.

• For cancellation less then 15 days prior to arrival, no show or early departure we charge 50% of the quoted tariff to your credit card.

• We can issue you an invoice for your travel insurance claim

• We take deposits by visa card only on our secure deposit page.
