has two charming apartment suites both self contained with fully
equipped kitchen and bathroom.
Both apartments
have free wifi access (average 50 Mbps) and satellite TV with UK
channels and internet streaming box..
Please note
that we are a no smoking house, however we can provide ashtrays
in the outdoor areas.
RED
SUITE
• The
red suite is a studio type apartment combining bedroom with matrimonial
size bed (American queen) and the living room. There is a sofa bed
which can accommodate an adult or child (even two at a pinch), and
a private bathroom.
• The
suite is on first floor and shares the same entrance as the main
house, and is a separate wing. Guests can use the balcony on the
landing to sit and sip wine with views of the Roero and the Alps
on a clear day.
• The
kitchen has an induction stove, oven and refrigerator. All utensils
included.
• The
red suite features a modern Italian design air-conditioner which
doubles as a heat pump to augment the radiators in winter, plus
there are overhead fans in the bedroom and kitchen areas.
• The
bathroom has a spacious shower.
• The
apartment is 27.5 sq metres (295 sq feet) in size.
BLUE
SUITE.
• The
blue suite features a separate bedroom and a living room with the
kitchen and a sofa bed which can accommodate an adult or child (even
two at a pinch), with its own bathroom.
• The
suite is on first floor and has an independent entrance from the
main house and a private balcony with views of the Roero and the
Alps on a clear day.
• The
bedroom has a matrimonial size bed (American queen).
• The
kitchen has an induction stove, oven and refrigerator. All utensils
included.
• Both
rooms have overhead fans to augment the cool breeze in summer and
heating is included in winter.
• The
bathroom has a spacious shower.
• The
apartment is 26 sq metres (280 sq feet) in size.
OTHER

• Guests
may use the pergola overlooking the garden to enjoy the view and
take aperitivi..
• We
have a Weber barbeque for guest use.
• There
is adequate parking on the street in front of the house.
• We
have a washer dryer available for guest use.
• Breakfast
is available by request.
