MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTIONS 

1. On joining Piedmont Wine Club we charge an annual membership fee and a subscription depending on which package you sign up to.


2. The annual membership is automatically debited from your card each year unless cancelled see below.


3. Payment is by credit card only via our secure page. We accept Visa and MasterCard. The billing address for any such credit card needs to be provided at the time of your order and must be the address on your credit card statement. We also need your shipping address, email address, telephone number and date of birth (as proof of legal drinking age).


4. Thereafter we automatically charge for the subscription chosen every three months.


5. We will inform you when we have received payment and send you the payment schedule.


6. You can opt to change subscription package by informing us by email or telephone at least 30 days prior to your next subscription payment; we will confirm by email.


7. You may cancel your subscription by informing us by email or telephone at least 90 days prior to your next subscription payment; we will confirm by email.


8. In the case of subscription cancellation we do not refund the annual membership fee for that calendar year.


9. Subscription rates may change from time to time due to increased wine and shipping costs, however your subscription is locked in for a calendar year and we will inform you if there will be an increase in the following year.


10. Your membership allows you to receive newsletters and notifications about new wines and visits to wineries.


11. We do invite members to send us their feedback about the wines that they have received in order that we can tailor packages based on taste.


12. Generally we ship the wine packages within a week of billing each subscription and we notify you by email.


13. Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Piedmont Wine Club is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment.


14. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on shipped wines. We test all wines ourselves but on rare occasions a wine may be “corked” or with another fault. Let us know as soon as possible if you have received a wine with a fault. Send an email with a clear description and send a photo of the label. We will find a suitable solution together.


15. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
